Hallo ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Ziehers-Nord, da ich zum 01.08. mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 420€ (inkls. Strom, Wasser und Heizung).
Das Wohnheim hat einen familiären Charakter. Gemeinschaftsküche und Sanitär pro Etage. Man hat aber trotzdem seine Ruhe, wenn man es braucht (z.B. Lernen für Klausuren).
Es gibt einen kostenlosen Stellplatz hinter dem Haus und es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum für alle Mitbewohner.
Die Hochschule Fulda ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt und es gibt direkt eine Haltestelle vor der Haustür, um in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Des Weiteren gibt es 5 Minuten entfernt eine Apotheke und die Möglichkeit einzukaufen.
Die Gardinen, und die zwei Schränke bei Bild 2 und 3 würde ich gerne für einen günstigen Preis überlassen.
Online Besichtigung ist per Videoanruf ist prinzipiell möglich.

Hello, I am looking for a new tenant for my room in the student residence Ziehers-Nord, as I am moving in with my girlfriend on 01.08.
The warm rent is 420€ (incl. electricity, water, and heating).
The residence has a family-like character. Shared kitchen and sanitary facilities per floor. But you still have your peace and quiet when you need it (e.g., studying for exams).
There is a free parking space behind the house and there is a common room for all roommates. The Fulda University of Applied Sciences is only a 10-minute walk away and there is a stop right outside the front door to get to the city center.
Furthermore, there is a pharmacy 5 minutes away and the possibility to go shopping. I would like to leave the curtains and the two wardrobes in pictures 2 and 3 for a cheap price.
Online viewing via video call is in principle possible.
